Our Pump Selector program has been designed to select a chemical metering pump that meets your specific application requirements.

This selector will take you through the same questions we would ask you to determine if a Liquid Metronics pump can match your needs.  To answer these questions you will need to know:

1. What chemical do you wish to pump?   Our  drop-down table contains the chemicals that are pumped 80% of the time (Pareto).

2. Maximum pump gallons per hour.

3. Suction Lift (5' maximum) or flooded suction

4. How many feet up do you need to pump?

5. How many feet away from the pump is the chemical injection point?

6. What pressure, if any, are you going to be pumping against?

7. For some of the pump choices, you can have either tubing or hard plumbing.  Do you have a preference?

8. How do you wish to control the pump? -- on/off power, an external pulse signal or a 4-20 mA signal?

9. What power supply will you have for your pump?

If you don't know all of these answers, give it your best guess and then e-mail it to us or give us a call with your questions.  Most of the pumps have a high turn-down ratio (maximum output to minimum), so guess high if you aren't sure.  And if any of this isn't clear, please give us a call -- we like questions.
